Plain And Simple

Photography

The thing about new topographics photography is looking twice.

That’s what it needs. You look, you see and then you look again. Because the key to it is: not trying to be photographic.

Instead, you shoot exactly what is there. You don’t be a fancy pants. Trying to do clever stuff. Quite the opposite, in fact. You shoot what is there. Nothing more. Nothing less.

So is it easy? Nope. The skill is to not do the things your inner photographer wants to do. That takes patience. And a willingness to try things.
