Anyway, I've been around the block as a writer. Tried all sorts. Then, I landed back here. Keeping it simple. ordinary tales from ordinary life. Because let's be honest, life is mad enough as it is.
I grew up in a time when the British comedy greats were still in full flow and more would join them. Spike Milligan, Douglas Adams, Tom Sharpe. The Monty Python team. Legends, all of them.
It is with their influences I took to the page. But it started to feel like wearing somebody else's jacket. So now, it's just me. And simple stories. Some of them true, some of them fictional.
